Le groupe hôtelier Hilton Worldwide propriétaire du groupe Blackstone a acheté la chaîne Mint pour 600 millions de livres.
Les hôtels Mint seront intégrés au sein des marques Doubletree et Garden Inn selon des articles parus dans la presse.
Mint Hotel (qui s'appelait auparavant City Inn) gère un total de huit propriétés au Royaume-Uni à Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, Leeds et Manchester.
Le groupe dispose également de deux hôtels à Londres, dont le MInt Hotel Tower of London récemment ouvert ainsi qu'une une propriété à Amsterdam qui a été inauguré plus tôt cette année.
